Please write this review Staying at Clarion Inn & Suites was a wonderful experience! The manager was absolutely lovely and provided outstanding customer service. After missing my flight and arriving a day late, she promptly coordinated with the third-party booking service and ensured my reservation was adjusted to my new arrival date. I had initially called on short notice and spoke with Dewayn, who was exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Both the manager and Dewayn went above and beyond to assist me, making the process seamless. I’ve already booked the hotel again for this week, this time for my family and me. I can’t wait to return—thank you so much!

The front desk person was absolutely delightful and made the stay relaxing and comfortable. Don't recall her name, but she worked early afternoon. Dark haired lady, a bit of an accent, just a warm, and wonderful, hospitable person. She had a bit of an accent, but not sure of her name. Perhaps in her 40's.... just a great experience.

Our flight was canceled and we were able to shuttle to the hotel… Ate in the Restaurant, food was good. The guy at check in was so nice and accommodating.

I liked the overall interior appearance of the hotel, and the fact that it had transportation to dfw airport with no additional cost. Plus free parking was great too.

The location is great for when we need somewhere to stay the night before catching a flight out. The free shuttle service to and from the airport takes the hassle out of having to drive yourself. We have used this facility multiple times and never been disappointed. The staff are courteous as well.

The convenience of flying out of DFW. The airport shuttle service and ability to park my car there is the best service ever. This Clarion takes the stress out of parking and traveling out of DFW. Also, the Bistro is convenient and nice to eat without leaving the hotel. I stay here every time!

We arrived late after our flight was cancelled, the staff were amazing and accomodating. They provided us with late checkout whilst we worked out what flight we would be getting on Everyone was very friendly The hotel was clean and very comfortable Bonus - shuttle bus

Took a last minute trip to Grapevine, TX for work, and was too exhausted to travel to a family members house 40 minutes away Was very satisfied with my decision to stay here and would do so again. Water could have been hotter, but small complaint.

I really enjoyed my stay at Clarion hotel, which had a number of great amenities. Overall, the hotel was one of the best stays I have experienced.
